Taco Meat
Adapted from House of Yumm.
Serve in taco shells, or over Spaghetti Squash.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ½ cup tomato sauce (8oz can)
- ½ to 1 cup diced bell pepper
Instructions
In a frying pan, break up and brown the meat fully, then drain grease.
Add in tomato sauce, peppers, and seasoning. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
