Cheesy Chia Flax Crackers

Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea flour (120g)
- ⅓ cup chia seeds (40g)
- ¼ cup flax seeds (25g)
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 100 ml water
- 1 tsp salt + 1 tsp garlic powder + 1 tsp chili powder
- AND/OR 1 tbsp finely chopped rosemary and/or thyme, oregano, etc.
- AND/OR other seeds, etc.
- ~100 ml water
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
Mix together the chickpea flour, chia and flax seeds, nutritional yeast, herbs/spices, and water to form a thick paste. Mix in other seeds, etc.
Spread the mixture onto parchment paper on a baking tray and carefully smooth it out. Score into cracker shapes.
Bake at 35o°F for 25-30 mins or until desired crunch level. Cool and separate.
