Banana Flax Flats
Adapted from Simply Taralynn.
- 1 ripe banana
- ¼ cup whole flax seeds
- ¼ cup ground flax seeds (use a coffee grinder)
- ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Mash together with a fork until creamy. Spoon mixture onto a baking sheet with parchment paper, and coax flat and wide with a fork.
Convection bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 300°F. Flip and give them another 3-5 minutes.
