Chia Pudding

Goes well with roasted almonds, berries, pineapple, bananas, peaches …


  • ⅓ cup chia seeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 can coconut milk


Stir ingredients together well, refrigerate, stir once more after ½ hour, let sit for a few more hours.
