Crispy Baked Chicken Thighs

  • 6-8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika


Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a large baking sheet with foil.

Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels, arrange on the baking sheet, and drizzle then rub with olive oil to coat.

In a small bowl, mix together the spices. Sprinkle over the chicken evenly.

Bake chicken for 35-45 minutes, to internal temperature of 165°
