Sourdough Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• ¾ cup sourdough starter discard
• ¼ tsp baking soda
• pinch of salt
• semi-sweet mini-morsel chocolate chips

Instructions

In a pourable container, like a measuring cup, beat egg with baking soda and salt. Mix in sourdough starter.

One pancake’s worth at a time, pour batter into non-stick pan, sprinkle chocolate chips in, and cook each side to desired level of golden brown.
